Dr. John Cramer of the University of Washington tells the Seattle Post-Intelligencer that he is working on a time machine that will send signals to the past - in essence, if it works, the signals will be received before they are sent. Only problem is that Dr. Cramer suffers from a lack of confidence that his machine will work.
